A Dove’s Nest Release Policy
• Professional release attendants will accompany all releases
• Appropriate attire is worn and the attendant will be reliable, punctual, and professional.
• For hand held release, the attendant will distribute the doves to the appropriate participants.
• We will not release the doves in heavy rain, sleet, snow, or excessive heat.
• We do not release doves indoors.
• We do not release doves near or after dark. The doves must be allowed enough time to arrive home safely before the sun sets.
• Most releases must be done within a 60 mile radius of their home.
• A fee of $25.00 will be charge for each additional hour after the scheduled release time.

Deposit and Return Policy
• 50% deposit to confirm the date.
• Remainder due two weeks before event.
• A full refund will be given in the event that weather conditions are unsafe for the dove release.
• If the ceremony runs late and the doves cannot be released due to night fall, the deposit and any other payments will not be refunded.
• A new date for a white dove release will be held up to one year.
