A Dove's
Nest holds the highest standards of fair business practices.
Please read our policy carefully, so there won't be any misunderstanding.
We offer a full refund if the weather conditions are unsafe for the release or if the personal situation is uncontrollable
such as accidents, illness or our if you have a change of heart.
We don't release the doves near or after dark. Please check
the sunrise, sunset calendar before planning your event.

Release
Professional release attendants will accompany all releases.
Appropriate attire is worn and the attendant will
be reliable, punctual and professional.
For a handheld release, the attendant will distribute the doves to the
appropriate participants.
We will not release the doves in bad weather ( heavy rain, sleet, snow or excessive heat
)
a light rain is o.k.
We do not release doves indoors.
We do not release doves near or after
dark. The doves must be allowed enough time to arrive home safely before the sun sets.
Most releases must be done within a 65 mile radius of their
home.
I wish I could say how many times the doves will circle, but I truthfully can't.
A fee of
$25.00 will be charged for each additional hour after the scheduled release or display time. If you know you are going
to run late please call, it may save you a late fee.
Deposit and Refund
For weddings and special events, the contract and 50% deposit must be received within 14 days after you
receive the contract to secure the date and price.
The remainder is due one week before the event.
A
refund will be given in the event that weather conditions are unsafe for the dove release. A $25.00 service charge will apply
if the attendant is at the site. If the release is cancelled before the attendant arrives due to weather conditions, a full
refund will be given.
If a hand release is requested, we will not be held responsible if the dove soils your clothing.
Please note you are holding a dove.
Once the doves are in the air there will be no refunds.
If the event
runs late and the doves cannot be released due to weather or night fall, the deposit and any other payments will not be refunded.
